The backpack category splits in two: technical outdoor gear, where we don't compete, and fashion backpacks — where a handbag factory has the advantage. Women's fashion backpacks are judged by the same standards as handbags: material hand-feel, hardware finish, interior organization and how the bag sits against the silhouette.

BUYREAL manufactures fashion backpacks from our own 20,000 m² facility in Guangzhou's Huadu leather goods cluster — founded in November 2023, 3 production lines, 150,000–200,000 pieces of monthly capacity — with the same PU and vegan leather material programs as our handbag collections, so a backpack line coordinates with your existing bags.

Backpack Styles We Manufacture

• Mini backpacks. Compact statement styles carried as handbags, with top handles and adjustable straps.
• City and commuter backpacks. Structured daily carries with padded laptop sleeves, organized compartments and anti-theft zipper placements.
• Convertible backpack-totes. Designs that switch between backpack straps and tote handles — two use cases, one SKU; a strong seller for work-to-weekend positioning.
• Backpack-to-crossbody minis. Small convertible styles for travel and festival programs.
• Canvas backpacks. Casual printed or washed canvas styles with webbing straps for youth and promotional programs.

Backpack-Specific Construction

• Laptop suspension. Padded sleeves engineered to your device spec — typically 13 to 16 inch — with bottom suspension so the device never hits the ground.
• Strap systems. Adjustable padded straps, breathable back panels and reinforced anchor points load-tested for daily carry weight.
• Anti-theft placements. Back-opening main compartments and hidden pockets for commuter styles targeting European city markets.
• Interior organization. Laptop sleeves, tablet slips, zip pockets, bottle holders and key leashes laid out to your spec.
• Materials. PU leather and vegan leather in smooth, pebbled and embossed textures, with canvas options and custom Pantone matching across the program.
• Branding. Embossed logos, metal plates, woven labels, custom zipper pulls, branded dust bags and boxes.

From Your Design to Delivery

1. Inquiry & quotation. Send your tech pack, sketches or reference photos with target quantity and delivery market. We return a clear quotation and sampling plan.
2. Sampling — 5 working days. A physical prototype with production-grade materials, strap hardware and interior components, shipped worldwide by express courier.
3. Approval & revisions. Structured feedback rounds covering strap comfort, compartment layout, zipper function and finishing.
4. Bulk production. MOQ 300 pieces per style, with production updates at defined checkpoints and a typical lead time of 30–60 days.
5. Quality control. In-line inspection during sewing plus a piece-by-piece final check before packing, coordinated with third-party inspection when the buyer requests it.
6. Shipping. FOB, CIF or DDP terms to European ports and warehouses, with export documentation handled by our team.

Backpack production carries fixed costs — pattern making, material roll minimums, hardware and strap-component sourcing, line setup — that do not shrink with order size. Our MOQ of 300 pieces per style is the point where we can hold factory-direct pricing and consistent quality without hidden compromises.
